About TLC · Founded September 2023

Built on experience.
Grounded in purpose.

We believe strong organizations give people the clarity, support, and systems they need to do meaningful work well.

Our founding

Connecting the mission to the way work gets done.

TLC Consulting Group L.L.C. was founded in September 2023 by Tiffany Caldwell to help organizations bring strategy, people, and operations into alignment.

Our work focuses on organizational development, training, and implementation support, with particular depth in child, youth, family, and human-service settings. We help leaders understand operational challenges, strengthen supervisory practice, and translate improvement priorities into action.

We work through clearly scoped engagements, building tools and processes around the organization’s actual needs, capacity, and goals.

Tiffany Caldwell

See the whole system.
Connect the people.
Move the work forward.

Tiffany brings two decades of professional experience across public service, program leadership, workforce development, and community partnerships.

Her background includes early-childhood and youth programs, child protection, public-benefit eligibility, and the operational demands of complex service environments. She has led teams through staffing challenges, facility transitions, policy implementation, and improvement initiatives.

That experience shapes TLC’s approach: listen closely, identify what gets in the way, establish clear responsibilities, and equip people to sustain progress.

This experience reflects Tiffany’s professional leadership roles and is distinct from TLC’s client engagement history.
