Working together

A clear fit from the start.

Who does TLC work with?

Child, youth, family, and human-service organizations; nonprofit and community programs; and public-sector or consulting partners seeking operational, training, or implementation support.

Can engagements be delivered remotely?

Our initial offers are designed for remote collaboration. Delivery needs and any on-site requirements are discussed before agreeing on scope.

Can TLC support a larger project?

We welcome conversations with organizations and prime contractors about a defined workstream, workshop, operational review, or implementation assignment.

How are fees determined?

Fees reflect the agreed scope, deliverables, preparation, delivery effort, and timeline. We provide a written proposal after an initial conversation.
